Stand-alone operation requires an animation sequence created in the Showtime Sequence Editor (S4) or Sequencer (S5+).
Controllers being used in the stand-alone mode can repeat channel control patterns but cannot play music or video. This can be useful with animated signs or other simple applications. Some Light-O-Rama controllers are smart enough to operate without an external computer.
